"Bryco provided the plumbing services for our bathroom addition. Work included the tie-in to the sewer line to our septic, rough-in plumbing, tie-in to the existing water lines, routing to the new bathroom fixtures, tub/shower installation, vanity, and toilet. They were efficient and professional, and we were pleased with their expert services.
"

"The leak continued and got worse. I went on to Nextdoor.com and asked for any recommendations from people in my neighborhood. I hired John Gill. What a difference. Professional, no nonsense person who identified the problem immediately showed me the parts that were worn and bent and replaced them on the spot. Cost 425.00 for parts and labor. I will continue to use John for any of my plumbing needs."

"Today's experience has been like all of the others - responsive, professional, great work, and I always feel like the charges are fair. Travis has been out the last two times (along with another nice gentlemen who I think might be an apprentice), and Alex has taken care of our issues the other times.
I will share some highlights that cross multiple times they have been out. When they arrived today, they began to diagnose immediately, found the problem, and got right to work on it. They located a blockage near my clean out and my septic tank. Once the blockage was cleared, they ran water and tested it. All of this while having to work in some mud underneath a deck where my clean out is located. Total cost so that I could flush my toilets again with confidence - $135. Very fair.
The last time they were out was because of an issue with a leaking garbage disposal. We set an appointment for Friday, they arrived when they said they would, with a new garbage disposal. Quick, professional, and did some preventative work for me as well while they were there. Labor was $95 + $100 for the disposal.
Back in July of 13, I called with an emergency (that happened to be the day before leaving on vacation for one week). One of my sinks was backing up, and it was blocking condensation from my AC unit resulting in water to my drain pan. Alex came out after hours and resolved the problem quickly. Total charge was $142.50
Finally, the event that started my positive experience with Bracken Plumbing. My problems started in Sept 2012. We were not getting hot water in our master shower, and the kids shower was having similar issues, only getting lukewarm. I had another company out multiple times and paid multiple service calls to fix the issue. Eventually, they told me they would need to cut out the wall behind the shower, replace all of the parts, etc etc. Cost was going to be close to $2k. I called Bracken to get a second opinion. Alex came out for our appointment, and went to work diagnosing it. It was a complicated issue, and he had to make several calls to the manufacturer. He came back out a second time with new parts (that he was able to get the manufacturer to supply even though we did not have warranty because we were not original homeowners that installed it), fixed the problems without cutting holes, and total bill was about $400.
As you can tell, I have a very high opinion of this company. They have pulled me out of some jams, and each time, with a sense of urgency that is appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber (by the way, have recommended them to a friend who has had similar positive experiences). Big thanks to the plumbers Alex and Travis, and Lisa in their office who schedules (very sweet person).
"

"
Company is very professional, and the job was done on time and with no issues. The owner personally explained the quotation. A technician came the day before to confirm what landscaping would be disturbed to gain access to the unit (and cleared this with me). The team arrived on time and installed everything as discussed and within the time frame discussed. The old unit was hauled away as agreed. Care was taken while inside the home, not to damage property or leave a mess. Turnaround was very quick (I approved the quotation and they set up installation for the next day). The new unit is functioning well.

"

"My insurance company sent Preferred Plumbing to find the problem to determine what was covered. I was impressed by their ability to quickly determine which line was leaking. Once they did that, they installed a temporary line to restore hot water in the house until I could consult my insurance company. While they were here, they also checked for leaks in the sewer lines, and before leaving they made sure there were no more leaks in any of the water lines."

"This was our third time using S&S Plumbing and, as did our previous 2 experiences, this one went great.
We have an old irrigation system that we're in the process of removing and we needed the water supply to the system capped off. It wasn't a big job, but since the supply line was so close to the main water line to our house, we decided not to take a chance doing it ourselves and instead have S&S take care of it.
We called their office and, even though we told them it wasn't an urgent situation, they had their guys at our house in about 2 hours. About an hour later, the job was done. No fuss, no worries.
A friend recommended S&S to us a few years back. She'd used them several times and was always happy with their service. It's easy to see why. We can't recommend them highly enough.
"

"We knew we had a slow leak somewhere near our water heater and washing machine and we had been dealing with home warranty headaches to try to address it for two weeks. Saturday morning, my wife came down stairs and heard hissing. The pinhole leak had been a "sprayer". The home warranty-assigned plummer told us they would be at our house to fix the problem on Monday and to simply turn off the water and wait for them to arrive. Fortunately, we knew of AAA Auger through Angie's List and one previous personal experience years ago. From the time we called AAA Auger until Jamie arrived - on a Saturday - was under 90 minutes. He was personable, professional, and capable. He instilled confidence in the way he communicated and worked. He discovered a much more serious challenge that a mere hole in the pipe (the pipe had been crimped - twice - by the home builders 13 years earlier, and both crimps were in or barely above the slab, making re-routing of the pipe a necessity), but he was straight-forward, sympathetic, and provided assurances that they would be able to fix the issue that day if we decided to proceed. After the initial sticker shock of how much the work would cost, we gave him authorization to do the work as described. Again, he was very professional and ensured that as little damage as possible was done to our drywall during the re-routing process. After spending around seven hours working in our home, he and his assistant left with the repairs performed as promised and fully tested.
"
