"They inspected the system and verified I needed the pump replaced. They quoted me a price to clean system and replace pump. They did everything in about 4 hours and explained every step they were taking and why. I highly recommend Legend Plumbing. The both technicians we professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again Legend Plumbing!!!"

"Fantastic. The tech arrived on time and completed the job in about 2 hours. The new unit was taller than the one being replaced and they provided the parts needed to make the adjustment."

"We contacted this company through Home Depot. They offered a water test where we , mailed a sample of our water to them and they sent a salesperson out. They did arrive a little late to the installation appointment. They did everything that they said they would do.  However, they didn’t explain the maintenance very thoroughly to us. For example, they didn’t explain how often to change to filters, where to purchase them, and how expensive they would be. Overall, it was a great experience."

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"Technician was dispatched about 1 hr after I first called. Abel made adjustment to the thermostat, but couldn't replicate the issue I was having. I appreciate that he did not try to sell a repair without knowing what was causing the issue."

"We recently purchased a recently renovated century old farmhouse. We were not expected to use the home warranty that came with out purchase, but so happy we had it within months of moving in we had failures of the appliances. Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
