"Daniel Mares did a fantastic job repairing two areas of drywall that had been cut into for plumbing and electrical work.  The original surface had a heavy knock down texture and I was worried that any repair done would be obvious because of the differences in texture.  Daniel not only repaired the drywall, but he matched the texture PERFECTLY--you cannot tell any hole had existed to begin with. 
Daniel came to give us a free estimate a couple of days after we contacted him, and was able to begin work the following day.  He covered the work areas, surrounding areas and floor completely with plastic and paper, as well as our front porch and wore disposable booties to keep our floors clean.  He came completely prepared with everything needed and was done within a couple of hours, cleaning up everything and leaving no trace that he was ever there, except for the perfect repair.
We will be using No Limit Painting/Daniel Mares for a future project removing wallpaper, repairing drywall, texturing and painting our master bathroom and secondary bath.  We were very pleased with the end results and highly recommend this company to others.

"I contacted Mr. Nabors about the drywall repair thru Angies List. He responded, came to our home and looked at the work, which consisted of repairing 3  small areas where walls had been cut open to repair plumbing. Later he called and said he had a drywall man available, and priced the job. The bid was a little higher than I expected but included the drywall repair as well as replacing the necessary trim, and since we were really tired of looking at the holes in the walls, I told John to do the job.
  Mr. Nabors had a sub-contractor come to our home and begin the work. He did the repairs over 2 days due to the time required for the drywall compound to cure. When he finished on the second day, he told me that Mr. Nabors wanted a check immediately. I was tied up with an appliance delivery, so I took a quick look at the repairs that had been done and wrote a check.. The sub contractor called a couple of days later and asked if we were satisfied with the work. I told him that he had used the wrong "foot" trim in a bathroom, and he said he'd be glad to come back and replace it. We weren't able to set a time when we were both available, so finally I bought the trim and replaced it myself.
  My wife and I also learned the hard way that when a contractor sprays on drywall texture without using tape or plastic sheeting, that there is a lot of cleanup to be done, which apparently was not part of the job Mr. Nabors bid. We spent a good amount of time cleaning drywall patching compound off of our our custom coated garage floor.  Most of the food items in the pantry also required wiping down since they had a fine coat of compound from the spraying process.
  Looking back, if I take into consideration the cleanup time and trim replacement that we did that should have been part of the job, I'd have to say I paid too much for this job.

"All went very well. Material arrived on time and once it did, kyle called to schedule the installation. All the work was professionally done and I did not encounter any problems with the installers or the installation itself. Kyle is a great person to deal with and I would recommend Hometown flooring to anyone. After shopping several competitors, I found Hometown floors to have the best prices in town. Their prices will be hard to beat."

And even though I thought I had in my mind a pretty good picture of what I wanted, it wasn't until I was able to see how much better there suggested color palette and design worked better for the space. They take their time and pay attention to details. They did other work outside the scope of the plan and didn't charge extra. I will be hiring them again for future projects."

"I contacted Le about redoing our shower after seeing his name and reviews on Angie's List. He responded promptly to my initial call and came to the house on a weekend to view the old shower and determine what he would need to do. A few days later he provided an estimate of $4000 to remove all the old tile, door and fittings. We agreed on a date to begin work and he showed up when he said he would, unlike some contractors who give a day/time and then don't show up or show up late. After 3-4 days of demolition and repair (he found some mistakes by the original shower builder in the floor support and plumbing that had to be corrected before he could proceed), he rebuilt the entire shower, including new cement board, a new concrete subfloor with surface angled toward the drain, and a new water-resistant overhead light. We opted for glass tile for the walls replacing the old ceramic tile, a beautiful glass tile accent band around the back and side walls, and river rock on the floor, all requiring more detailed work on Le's part. After 8 working days (including a Saturday and Labor Day), the finished product (except for glass door and half-wall which are being custom-made by another provider), looks great! We couldn't be happier with the new shower! Le did a fantastic job...he's a hard worker whose attention to detail and painstaking work led to a very satisfying result for us. We would certainly consider him for future jobs around the house!"
