"Gerald Delgado and his team helped patch areas of my old wood floor where water damage had occurred. Despite the fact that my home is over a 100 years old and the wood floors are almost as old, the patch work looked well integrated and completely disguised the fact that damage had ever occurred there."

"It was vinyl planking, it looks just like wood. It is oil-resistant, wear-resistant, it has almost like a lifetime guarantee on it. After walking around and looking at it, I saw a few things that they could have fixed, but they had already gone and we were just glad to have our house back. They used quarter round instead of the original three-quarter round. If they had used the three-quarter round then you wouldn't have been able to walk around and see little spots that they might have cut the piece a little shorter than what it needed to be. I'm nit picking now because I see it, whereas other people walk in, they probably wouldn't see it, but I know it's there. My wife is happy, so I'm happy. There were a few things that they could have done better, but overall, they did an excellent job. All the guys were very professional. They even helped me move a few things when they didn't have to. The owner of the place came out and did the measurements and everything."

"I recommended this installer to my daughter and they did a wonderful job and even finished sooner than expected.  I personally have used ABC twice in recent years.  Once in 2004 to install floor tile in a main living area, entry, and dining room.  They did such a beautiful job, that I hired them again to install the tile backsplash in my newly remodeled kitchen in 2008, which also turned out perfect.  Very happy with ABC's work and will definitely call Steven again when I have another project.

"An accident in the attic resulted in a hole being punched through the drywall in our ceiling.  When I contacted the provider, he came out in less than 24 hours to survey the damage and give me an estimate.  He was prompt, professional, and reasonable.  We scheduled with him to complete the work a week later.  The day that he was supposed to arrive, he contacted me to say that he had injured his back and wasn't able to complete the work that day.  However, he was exceedingly apologetic and offered me a discount for the inconvenience.  We rescheduled for three days later and he showed up and completed the work.  His work was great and he kept things very clean.  Highly recommend and will use again.

"It was great. They were on time (hard quality to find around here), very professional and completed the job in about 45 minutes. I would definitely hire them again.
I lowered the rating on price, but they were less expensive than everyone else. I guess it's the price you pay for living in this area. Some contractors try to charge way too much.

"They ordered the wrong flooring at first, which is exactly what happened the first time. Then they came and tore out everything and found that the correct product hadn't been delivered. I had to wait almost a week for it to get there, but once they came out, they worked very hard and it looks beautiful!"

"When I bought this house, it was was filthy, smelled horrible from outside even, was rodent and roach-infested. Counters, floors were wet and rotting. Everything had to be torn out and rebuilt. Now my home is beautiful. The bathrooms are lovely. There were no short-cuts or rush jobs, or anything left unfinished. I’ve had neighbors and friends who are in building and construction admire and compliment the high quality of the work done on my home. Most people who come in comment on the beautiful flooring, or the cleanliness of the walls and ceilings. I live in a quiet, gated community and there was never a complaint about a mess outside or noise. Very clean."

"He remodeled my shower and did a terrific job! My husband is disabled veteran so it was difficult for him to get in and out of the shower so we needed walk in shower. He was detailed, thorough and caring. I'll hire him again for anything else that needs fixing or upgrading! We are very happy and beyond excited for this new shower."

"They would not do the popcorn ceiling because they recommended spray painting those type of ceilings. Is that not still painting? Then he told me that he would not be doing the moulding and door frames because they needed sanding first. I needed to know that so it could have been done in advance. The contract was for eight hours and they were done in four. Have to say what they did do was neat and well done, but I think there was a lack of communication or not understanding as the customer what "eight hours of painting " entailed.
