I called a few times ahead of hiring them and they took the time to work through the scope of the project. I never felt pressured to do anything a specific way like a lot of other companies do with their salespeople. Instead they helped me understand my options. After hiring them, they showed up when they said they would and worked very hard until the job was done. I have a large attic and the two of them worked tirelessly. They also added a catwalk to get to my air handler and cleaned out old insulation. They did a great job and we could immediately feel the difference in the house. Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely hire them."

"August 26 called JSP out to check on my xtrol pressure water tank because it was making a clicking noise that was coming from the power switch. Came out same day said the bladder ruptured would need a new tank. I agreed because the tank was 12 years old. Installed was a flex lite tank which he said was better. I'm a senior and a widow took his word for it. I paid $2172.66. It was not itemized. He gave me a $50 discount. He told me I would get water bursts for a while coming from faucets. Well he was right, however I lost pressure in my kitchen and bathroom faucets and the toilet was rumbling when filling and flushed. I called them out to check. He did not go under the sinks to clear the lines, instead he said it must be your faucets. He quoted me a price of $1303.48 for kitchen faucet if they picked it out fully installed or $756 if I bought the faucet myself. 3 strikes your out. Didnt fix problem. Found out I was over charged for flex tank $1200 instead."
