Always answered the phone despite something not going exactly to plan and helped alleviate any of the stress that is building a house. They designed a large redwood deck as well as a beautiful, big two-level playhouse for us that are still very solid and in impeccable shape after 13 years. They had a careful eye to detail, and the craftsmanship is excellent. We also talked recently with Jeremy about finishing a basement and doing other remodeling but ended up selling the house instead. For all these projects, RPM was great to work with our situation and budget and create a custom plan that would allow us to do part of the work. "Ronnie Williams came highly recommended to me for help in my backyard. An old structure was removed and a small brick wall was built as well as removing a concrete patio and re-pouring the area. I couldn’t be more pleased with the workers as well as the excellent work that was done. Ronnie kept me aware of all plans for the work, when and what time they would be here…..never did they cancel or not show up!!!!! I live in a condominium area where the access is very tight. They brought the trucks, trailers and cement truck in efficiently, on time with great care not to upset the neighbors. That was greatly appreciated by all!!!!! I am extremely pleased with the excellent work and was impressed with the consideration and kindness of the workers.
