"I called Dany Romero Painting LLC. and asked for an estimate to paint my kitchen cabinets. He arrived on time the next day and listened to what I needed to have done. After we discussed everything about what I wanted him to do, Dany gave me his estimate and I put out my hand to shake his hand so quickly I hoped he wouldn't rethink the bid. His bid made me think how can he do the work and still make money for himself. I found out why. He's a skilled craftsman with a well trained crew. He arrived on the job when he said he would with a small crew and they quickly did my carpentry and prepared the kitchen to paint, sprayed cabinets and doors. They returned after the primer dried and sprayed the finish coat the next day. As other things came up that I needed Dany either included them or gave me a price as good as his initial bid to do additional work. His honesty and character put him in a rare class. I thank Angies List for the chance to have had Dany Romero Painting to help me finish a difficult job. It was actually a small job money wise but Dany knew it was very important to me and he treated me like a big client."

"Upon arrival he and his employee did an amazing job prepping the home and repairing wear and cracks to a home that has been left for at least 10 years. He provided DunnEdwards evershield premium paint throughout. Not only did he do the exterior of the house...he applied a third coat to the western wall for durability, painted the walls either side of the house facing the street to match( I am on a half acre lot so far more wall than average). He also painted the interior of the walls in the backyard.
I asked for a twist in the application of the colour scheme choosing to paint an interior courtyard wall in a trim accent colour. This and all else was done perfectly and at a very high standard. There was no rush to get in and get out, rather stay until it was perfect and made sure I was totally satisfied.
I cannot recommend him enough for his abilities, knowledge and work ethics. Truly a rare tradesman today  and someone to hold onto for future projects and for your friends.

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

Installers arrived in a timely manner, worked quickly and efficiently.  They moved furniture without incident and cleaned up at the end of each workday.  The owner, (Roland) led the project and was always available for follow-up questions.  He went above and beyond my expectations! 

I am so happy with my new flooring.  It is absolutely gorgeous!

"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.

"WOW, WOW, and WOW!!! Dana and his crew did a fantastic job! They arrived on time and did what they said they would. The crown molding was really the "crowning touch" for our home. We had no idea how plaln everything looked until it was completed. (I will be adding photos)...EVery room looks gorgeous. The real "Crowning touch" is the way all the corners look, They stand out and really add a decorative touch to the rooms. They moved furniture and did not make any demands on us to be furniture movers etc. Then after, they cleaned up and put everything back the way it was. (I can't get house painters to do that) You really will not be disappointed if you call them."

He installed stone, grass, pavers, trees, numerous lawn pants, and a full irrigation for everything. He worked quickly and the end result was amazing. "An insurance company inspector had expressed some concerns about the roof of an inherited second house that we own and Audubon's Big Deal for roof inspection and repair came at just the right time.  I purchased $200 worh of services for $79.  Since Audubon had re-roofed our own residence the previous years, I was confident that I would receive good, professional service.  After purchasing the Big Deal, I contacted Brian at Audubon by e-mail.  He responded quickly and arranged to inspect the house.  Unfortunately, when he did, he discovered numerous problems with the roof, largely due to a poor roofing job done about ten years earlier when my late parents owned the house.  Brian gave me a number of options for repair at various price ranges, but I decided that it would be best to replace the roof with removal of the old shingles.  The quoted price was fair, I thought, for a house that is around 2,000 square feet.  It took several weeks for Audubon to get the work done, largely because the summer heat was so intense that its crew had to end its work around noon each day to avoid heat stroke.  This was perfectly understandable and demonstrated a concern for the workers.  Once the job was started it was completed quickly to my satisfaction. Everything was cleaned up well around the house.  The only minor issue was that it took an additional couple of weeks for Audubon to obtain and install a cap on the furnace vent.
