"Not good in the beginning. However, we they turned on their vacuum it blew dirt and dust from previous jobs into us into our living. room causing quite a mess . They did apologize it offered us a discount on future jobs. When I called them back to service other areas in the house or have someone to call that they would handle the job that we need it done however it is November and I've not heard back from them since.

"They were very good, and were the most affordable. Tony was very knowledgeable, and did a very nice job sealing it because they also had to seal the concrete against my brick wall, and actually did it beveled so it'd look nice."

He is very responsive and keeps in touch as the project progresses and is a man of his word.

"Pros: 1. The path itself was excellent. After a heavy rain, the water did not pool. 2. He is very nice and approachable 3. Slightly less expensive than competitors that I priced out Cons: Communication was spotty. Work site not cleaned up, in particular a large wooden board - repeated text messages to have him come back have been ignored. Drainage from house gutter was not put under path but although this was not discussed to be fair, I had no idea this was a standard thing to do. After heavy rain, some of the grout material came washed out. Despite saying he would come back to fix, he never did."

"A-1 Roofing & Siding did a fine job on my roof. There was concern that the plywood base was spongy but it turned out that it only needed a new sheet or two. While up there, they noticed that the chimney needed some minor repair that they were able to take care of. There was a crew below to clean up as the roofers dropped the old shingles, etc. A new ice/water barrier was installed and new flashing around the chimney. 50 year shingle warranty and 10 year labor warranty was included. There was concern that the dumpster would damage my new concrete driveway (3 mos. old), but there was no damage from that. All in all, the job only took about 2 days to finish. I would definitely hire them again for this kind of job."

"Very professional and courteous. Did have some delay due to wet weather and the city made more demands than expected. It was a total of 3 days to implement. Results were outstanding. Price was higher than most but not as high as a few. Elected not to go with low bidder. The concrete was injected with fibers which is more costly and is supposed to make the cement stronger."
