"-- MHI Painting did a great job with my project from estimate to completion. Mike was willing to explain what he wanted to do and why he wanted to do it. I’m not a DIY person, so hearing his explanations helped me understand his proposal. -- The job consisted of repainting kitchen and family room in the same colors which I really liked but were old and needed freshening. Billy took switch plate covers to the paint supplier to get a match. It also included painting new wood trim around a recently replaced patio door. The workspaces painted included tray and coved ceilings. -- Billy’s team did an excellent job of painting and clean-up and showed respect for my property. -- This is the second time I have used MHI and they have now done both exterior and interior work for me. "From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The whole experience was kind of okay but nothing extraordinary or stellar. I had 3 other quotes from other companies and I think that extra thousand or fifteen hundred that those guys were charging might have been worth it for me from the execution point of view, the finishing point of view, and from some of the detail point of view. I think I got what I paid for. I went with the cheapest quote but I got the service that goes with that kind of price. I would recommend them to someone but be aware and do your own homework and don?t go on my comments because like I said, it was ?so so?. The lack of detail left a bad taste. There is a whole bunch of shingles that got paint speckled on them that you can?t wash off. None of the paint types were discussed. As a professional painter, they should have given us help and pros and cons on paint types. The paint was a completely different shade that we wanted. Deal with them with your own knowledge."
