"A-Solution Plumbing is the right choice. They stepped up immediately when I called them on Friday afternoon and I couldn't be more satisfied. I had a different local Plumbing working on an issue at my house. I called them on a Friday morning, they were on another job and would be there on Monday. They came and gave me a great price for the repairs and said they would return on Tuesday to complete the job. Tues, Wed, Thurs came and went no call no show. I called them when I still hadn't heard from them at 12 on Friday and reached voicemail I called again @ 2pm and got a message "the cellular customer isn't accepting calls at this time." Left with no other option I called A-Solution next who not only answered my calls but they showed up exactly as they said they would, completed the work and when I found a pre existing plumbing issue I wasn't even aware of they fixed it and didn't even charge me. "Very prompt response to request for quote. Quote was reasonable. Started work immediately by hand digging a trench from the street to the house. Approximately 75 ft under a sidewalk and around sprinkler system. Took some work but there was damage to anything. Replaced line, got city approval, covered trench. All in all a great job. Very pleased with their service.

"He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. I will be glad to call Mr. Morgan again if we have any more leaks. He is always prompt and capable and does no damage to our home."

Received Angie's List response saying that we would be contacted "soon" After three days, had not been contacted by contractor, so we called. They returned our call within ten minutes and said they had been having problems with being contacted by Angie's List. and scheduled the service for first thing the following morning. Upon arrival and inspection, the plumber said both shutoff valves needed to be replaced as well for an additional charge of $75. This was not a surprise to us, and we had purchased replacement valves already. We believed the additional repair was needed and the cost was reasonable. Replacement was performed in a professional manner, cleanup performed and repair tested. Would use again."

"I have used CPR plumbing twice now. Once for an emergency callout (on Father's day) and again today to fix a broken water heater thermostat / valve.
In both cases, Chad - a master plumber, came out to resolve my issues. For the emergency callout he was at my house in 45 minutes after I called. Today, I scheduled an appointment for the afternoon - I got a call before he left and he arrived on time.
For my water heater repair, I was initially surprised at the high quote given, however, after reviewing the (rather high) cost of the replacement part online, I consider it to be reasonable value - especially given that he had to drive out to a plumbing supply store on the other side of town to pick up the replacement.
On both occasions, he has taken the time to educate me on the correct preventive maintenance, and things to look for in regards to the issue at hand. He is both professional and friendly - and as noted above, a master plumber (not just an apprentice working under the "supervision" of a plumber who you never see).
Overall i've been impressed with the service i've receive and will continue to use CPR Plumbing.
