"I initially left a positive review, but after using the sauna, I discovered that the electrical installation was done incorrectly and unsafely. Despite paying $2,250, the contractor reused 10-gauge wire and a 30-amp breaker, even though the sauna requires a 60-amp breaker and 6-gauge wire (clearly labeled on the heater). This creates a serious fire hazard and violates basic safety standards. When I asked for it to be corrected, I was told it would cost me another $950 ? despite the fact that the unsafe setup was their responsibility. I now cannot safely use the sauna until the work is redone, and I?ve lost time and use of a product I paid a premium for. Be very cautious before hiring this company. What looks like a good job on the surface may not be safe or up to code."

"I had to back out of the original agreement (est. $2800) because after researching & placing a call directly to the AC subcontractor (Ductz Doctor, also on Angie's List) that DISCREET uses, I determined that the subcontractor DOES NOT perform the tasks either outlined in my original contract or required to remediate the mold in the air handler/ducts in my home. I relayed this information to Mike Gonzalez, Field Manager. I ended up contracting PART of the work to be done by DISCREET ($700) which was performed by Mike, Field Manager, and he did a food job. I hired ANOTHER company (also on Angie's List) ) to thoroughly clean and sanitize the Air Handler, remove and clean its inner parts (coil, blower, etc.), and clean AC ducts & all vents in order to remediate the mold."

"Michael and Greg went above and beyond with my tricky dryer vent setup. Original house owner's had the vent in the wall moved to fit new front loading LG units. Added several turns which was still causing the LG dryer flow sense to shoot out a warning light. Greg was working on it and called Michael who was nearby. They found the issue and everything is running perfectly now Important to add, I read a lot of reviews on other vent service companies, most of which are well known national franchise chains, and it's amazing how bad most of them are.
