"See review 2015 for part one of story. I found I stilled worried about water in the basement crawl space even though there was a big improvement with the 2015 fixes. So I called Tim again and talked about options. Since the full size part of the basement didn't seem to have any water problems we left that alone and concentrated on the crawl space. His crew punched holes along the bottom of the walls to let water flow out. They draped the holes to direct the water flow into a pipe that took the water to the sump pump. They sprayed the walls to kill any mold that had formed and draped them with a material that made them look better. They also covered the pipe with concrete. The crew was wonderful, Brandon in particular. They worked hard in very uncomfortable circumstances (hard pebbly floor surface, 3 ft height, and huge spiders). At the same time, they sprayed foam into the space between the rafters along the outside of the wall (no more huge spiders) to insulate. To prevent future problems they reinforced my back basement wall to prevent the horizontal crack at the freeze line from becoming bigger. I am thrilled with the results. Besides the bonus of being spider free, I have no water in my crawl space, ever. I can hear the sump pump working nonstop during heavy rains and big snow melts. I didn't know I had bought in a high water table area and that basement water was a common problem in the area. You sure can't tell by my basement any more."

"They were excellent. Dug the foundation, set the cinder blocks, poured the concrete. Built it up from there. Put on the 10x12 addition with 3 windows, 8 electrical outlets, Pergo floor, painting and finishing molding. The owner as well as every one of the crew were respectful and dedicated to doing the job 100%. Even the siding matches! They put up new rain gutters and a new roof over the addition as well. They will come back once the ground thaws after winter to do the landscaping which was included in the price.  We will have them back next year to do some remodeling in the house. "Joe O. from Allstate along with Karen L. from GAF Energy did a thorough evaluation of our old roof and clearly explained the new roofing and solar options - they took the time to answer our questions and made sure we understood what would be involved, how much it would cost, and which rebates and tax credits we qualified for. Allstate arranged for all the permits and inspections required for the project, so everything was ready when the work began, and all the appropriate inspections were performed as needed. The project took just over 1.5 days to complete. The roofing crew was very careful to do a good job - they were very hard-working, and made sure to thoroughly clean up the site when they were finished. GAF sent experts to train the crew in working to integrate the solar panels into the roof, since this is something relatively new here. We were very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved in the project, and the care taken to giving us the best possible result (they even made sure we arranged to have our LeafFilter system removed before they came so it wouldn't be damaged by the roof tear-off). Joe O. from Allstate has followed up with us several times since the project was completed to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and to answer any questions we might have. We are very pleased with the end result of this project. The roof looks great, and it's very nice to not have water dripping into our bedroom when it rains! We are looking forward to seeing how much our electric bill is reduced by using the solar panels. The panels are part of the roof, so they aren't raised above the roof - they look great and fit in well with the roof! Although the project cost was higher than just adding another layer of shingles over the old roof, we believe the value received was well worth the amount we spent. "<p>Just wanted to drop a line or two and let you all know how impressed we were with both your workmen and their work.  In today's society, you just don't find companies that really do a great job, they usually just do enough to "get by".<br /> <br /><br /> <br />At times, without their knowledge, I was home and could hear some of the men talking.  Much to my surprise, their language and subject matter were always appropriate.  Don't find that much in the labor force today!  It spoke volumes to me.  When they did speak with us, they were always very kind and informative.<br /> <br /></p> <p>The work that was performed consisted of excavating the dirt to gain access to the footings on both sides of the foundation.  On the inside, they had to bust out the concrete floor and hand dig to the footing in order to install their brackets for the "unified lift system".  After installing the brackets, they attached special hydraulic equipment to the brackets which drove 3" diameter<br /> <br />pipes down to bedrock.  Next, they attached a hydraulic jacking system to each pier location.  Using their special vehicle with a unique hydraulic pumping system they attached hydraulic lines to each location and were able to do a controlled lift.  From what we understand, your company is one of the only ones that can perform this "unified lift".<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We were taking pictures daily and emailing them out to family and friends who could not believe their eyes!  They started out making our basement look like a bomb went off and when they were done it was swept and looking very nice!<br /> <br /><br /> <br />All this to say that the work done was absolutely astonishing!  We will highly recommend EHM to everyone that we hear may need this type of work completed.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />Thanks so much again.  We were dreading having this work completed, but you all made it so much nicer by your<br /> <br />expertise, kindness, and professionalism.</p> <p>Mike and Cheryl <br /> <br /></p> <br />"
