"This is the third time we have called Drains INC. They are now our go-to for every two year rodding our main sewer line that runs through a beautiful tree. Tim is always prompt, personable, professional and informative."

"If I could give Ben more then 5 stars I would. From the moment he got to the house Ben was friendly, respectful and informative. I spent 2 hours with him as he identified the problem. He rodded out the line and showed me in depth with his camera what was happening with the sewer line. He was helpful every step of the way. I am going to make sure to refer Ben to anyone who needs a plumber because he was great, do not hesitate, ask for Ben and you will not regret it."

"Super fast Excellent customer service high quality service at the right price thanks illinois sewer and drain inc"

"After trying several home remedies towards the end of a week we decided to secure professional help on a Saturday. Charlie returned our call within minutes and arranged to come towards the end of the day on Saturday. He explained what he was doing, was efficient, discovered and replaced an unrelated rusted pipe and cleaned up the inevitable unrestrained water from nearby surfaces."

"Went very well. I paid for the rodding and putting a camera in the sewer to see any problems after rodding. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"Thomas was amazing. He cleared my drain and also answered any questions that I have. He also was great with my little dogs who were curious. Highly recommend."

"Tub drain was severely clogged. Thomas quickly and efficiently unclogged the drain and ensured that everything was running smoothly. He cleaned everything up afterwards as well. I will definitely be calling them again when I need a plumber."

"Mattco has been performing repairs and regular plumbing maintenance at my 116 year old Chicago 2-flat for many years. Over time with experience I have gained trust in Mattco Plumbing to get me out of big jams with the plumbing in this old building. Just recently Matt repaired the 2nd floor toilet drain line in the ceiling above my 1st floor bathroom in a very tight spot. I have had other plumbers walk away from the repair or just wanting to do the band aide repair. Matt was able to replace the entire drain line above the ceiling. I watched him do the repair. It wasn't easy, but he got it done. I have peace of mind because I know the repair will last for ever. I'm in my 50th year working and owning an HVAC company. I know a good technician when I see one. I trust in Mattco Plumbing."

"They were professional, took a look at the catch basin and rodded it to get water flowing. Unfortunately the camera showed a lot of roots and the basin has a retainer wall issue. So more work is needed, however they didn't pressure me to do the work now, walked me through the different options to fix and only charged me for the original Angie's list deal to rodd the line. I would hire them again, and just may to do the other work."

"It went great. Chris was everything you would want in a contractor. He was clear with what the problem might be and upfront with a potential cost. He was also courteous and great about communication. We have an older home and ultimately Chris had to do some rodding to clear the floor drain. It was great working with Chris and I would certainly reach out to him again for any future plumbing needs."
