"Guys came out snake my sewer line and ran a camera firm"

"I had a clogged basement bathroom drain that another company was unable to fully resolve. I called 123 Sewer & Drain, and Mohamed came out on a Sunday morning. He accessed the line from the basement toilet flange and found multiple clogs that had not been fully cleared. What stood out was his thoroughness. He kept working until the line was fully cleared, then tested everything multiple times. He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up. Everything was done the right way — no shortcuts and no upselling, just a straightforward and professional approach. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to do the job right and makes sure everything is fully working before leaving. The issue has been completely resolved. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend their services."

"super professional work he find the problem and fix it. He charged me fair price."

"A simple drain pipe replacement under a bathroom floor turned into a replacement of three lengths of drain pipe. In addition, when the finish up work in the basement was done, the waste lines going into that pipe were reconfigured so the washing machine and utility sink now drain directly into the pipe. Which let us take out the sump pump. Then, the plan to fit a pvc shield around the sewer pipe to the town sewer turned into a major excavation of a trench through an eight foot bed of shale because the incoming water line is 1/4 inch from the outgoing sewer line. And had a hole in it so it had to be replaced after all. The crew did a great job, they were pleasant throughout and I would recommend them to anyone."

"Prompt professional clean knew what to do and moved quickly to clear the back up very satisfied highly recommend above and beyond sewer and drain"

"Found out why our unit failed, (electrical). It was fixed. Also told there was a leak in refrigeration line ( which we suspected last year) but we got one more year out of it. We are satisfied that we should get a new unit because replaced Freon will be outlawed by next year and to search for a leak in the line of an older air conditioning unit is not cost effective. I have known many families that have used this company and honesty, integrity and prompt professional service always comes into the conversation about Arctic Air."

"Joseph was awesome, lined out the issue for me, gave me options, replaced the flapper and told me what I needed to know. Very happy with the service. Job completed quickly - satisfied."

"Very efficient job. They gave us a quick appointment time for a quote and were able to perform the repair job asap. Very professional. We will definitely use their service again in the future."

"Jacob was on time and very helpful. We hired him for a sewer line inspection of a home we are purchasing. He provided a HD video with clear explanation of what he saw. He made the process easy from the quote to communicating when he was done."
