They first made us familiar with what they would be doing and went over the product we had requested to make sure everything was as we had ordered. They then began the removal of our existing tub and shower, showed us that everything was in good shape where the old pieces had been and then proceeded to install the new pieces. They both were very friendly and outgoing and we enjoyed them being in our home and were very impressed by the work they did and they answered any questions we had, then always asked us for any suggestions we had or how we wanted specific things done. I would highly recommend West Shore Home to anyone who is contemplating a bathroom remodel . Jasmin and Joe were as professional as anyone we have ever had doing work at our home."

"Me and my wife hired modern build solutions for a foundation repair, we live in university park our house was pretty uneven they installed 45 piers and the house feels like much better. After showing their skills We have decided to give them a bigger project to remodel our 2 bathroom, replace all flooring and baseboards. they did everything they promise the outcome results much much better than what we even imagined and their service was 10 out of 10! "The work done to complete and replace our old bathtub and shower was in one day. And it was mostly done by one technician and saw the problem with our pluming and called up a plumber and fixed it pretty quick. The technician did a great job. The only issue I had a problem with were the two previous technicians that arrived. There was road and sidewalk work being done by the city and the technician that we spoke to said that they could not do the job and to reschedule it. So, I called in to have it rescheduled and during that same week the other technician came by and had no problems about the work being done in front of our house and did the job that day with the help of the plumber. So overall great job and I will refer Bath Fitter to my friends and family."
