The first air test after the treatment did not bring the desired results, and Chad came out one week later for a second test. One week after this test, we got the result, which showed still a low level of Basidiospores (850) and Chaetomium (150). The company agreed to come out for another test in 3 months to see what the status will be at this time, i.e. do another air test - free of charge. Their service was great, and Joshua was very knowledgeable about the whole subject of mold and gave us very good advise. To up our rating to 5 stars I want to wait until we have another air test done in November. Overall, our experience with Pure Maintenance of Georgia was very good.
