"It was a huge job. I had to get the siding taken off the back of my house to access the pipes for the bathroom and kitchen. My house is on a concrete slab, so the pipes were not just replaced but put in different locations as a workaround. They had to dig down 4 feet to replace pipe from the well to the house. At one point, Jesse and his wife and young son were willing to stay until as long as it took so I wouldn't be without running water even one full day but I told them to go home and come back the next day. When he started to drain my hot water heater, we discovered it was so plugged full of rust I would need a new water heater. He ran out and got one right then and sold it to me for his cost. Overall, I was so pleased with how hard they worked to get the job done quickly that I gave them a bonus."

"Fernando was absolutely awesome. He was able to show up on site quickly, discuss with me all my options and the different price points. He did not pressure me to make any decision and let me think about what would be the best given my situation. The next day I decided to instead of replacing a part on a 30 year old water tank, but to replace with a new water tank. Fernando brought me a new water tank very quickly, took out the old tank, had to secure safety straps into concrete wall, adjust the height of the tank stand, and all the to code add-ons expansion tank, water shut off value, better copper joint etc. He worked really long hours to get everything installed perfectly. Fernando even let me know he was hearing extra water flow that was usually, and he was correct. My main water line pipe had leaked in my front yard. Fantastic Service. "Tim came to my house to repair/replace a bathtub faucet. It was the OLD pull and twist type which came off. He did something that I wanted for the past 15 years. Changed the handle to a NEW LEVER HANDLE which a previous plumber said could only be done by breaking the tile wall and fussing with pipes, etc. TIM DID IT WITHOUT BREAKING TILE AND REPLUMBING FIXTURE. There were a couple issues in addition but Tim knew just what he had to do to make the new lever work. I had a house guest and she LOVES the new lever!! Great service, knowledgeable plumbers, prompt service. Highly recommend!!"
