"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"We were a little concerned about having people in our home since we do have our mother living with us and we canâ t tell you how pleased we are of how professional and clean and quickly they worked and they were able to take out our old tub and put in a new walk-in tub in a couple of days, Highly recommend this company"

"Speedy service as far as when we call. Turn around time is within two weeks. They come out when they say they are going to come out. I like that they can give me a price before the project. It is consistent towards the end of the project. There are no surprises. Adam has done work for us for about six years."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
