"D & M was terrific. Danny arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer. He explained our options and the cost of each, and then made the repair. He made sure everything was working before he finished, cleaned some mold and mildew out of the washer, and took the time to make sure that I understood how the problem happened and how to prevent it going forward. He cleaned our dryer vent and dryer very thoroughly. I will definitely call D & M next time that I have an appliance issue."

We hired an electrician that confirmed this diagnosis and fixed that issue. We then called Service Master (per their recommendation) to come back and finish the repair.
