There was a problem with the electronics in the thermostat from the factory, they worked late and had to bring a new thermostat the next day, but the new one works perfectly. We will hire again for any other HVAC needs. We chose a higher quality AC unit and are glad we went with a quieter model, the unit is so quiet in the backyard."

He carefully reviewed our system and step by step eliminated potential causes of the no-heat condition. He pleasantly and efficiently found and fixed the problem. Was very careful to keep the work area clean and was respectful of our home. Thorough description of what he was finding and even sent pictures of the condition after the job. He pointed out that our furnace filter had not been changed since 2022. Big oversight by me. Matt explained how the air flows through the furnace and the direction the filter needs to be placed. I marked with a sharpie on the furnace an arrow so I would remember next time. Positive experience."
