"Will hire again for any plumbing issues or work"

"I think Archer Plumbing Company Inc is pricey."

"We needed to check our water heater for leaks prior to closing the sale of our house.Joe Lay were out installing a new water heater and expansion tank the next day. The technician explained how all the components were supposed to work before checking everything so we both knew we needed a new tank as well. Outstanding, professional company. Billy was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional the entire time in our home. We would highly recommend Joe Lay and Sons for any plumbing needs."

"Whoever Nick sends to work at our house has always figured out what needed doing (and not more) and been able to get it done quickly, surely and cleanly. In this case we had just at our water main changed which cause sediment to clog fixtures and kill water pressure. Chris gave us the good news that a replacement fixture and part was all that stood between us and square one----and he fit us in the next day so that we could go out and buy the kitchen faucet we needed."

"Everything went great! We tried to see if we can fix the problem but we were unsuccessful. So we got on Angie’s list and we hired Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The technician came in, found the problem and fixed it right away. We will most definitely hire Mr. Rooter Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you so much Mr. Rooter Plumbing Service for helping and fixing our hot water tank problem."

"The guys are great! They are friendly and work hard. They know what they are doing and completed several plumbing projects for me over the past months."

"How did it go?  Details??
It was excellent!!!   On a scale of 1 - 10 -- it was a 15!!     First they called me right away to schedule, and worked with me to find the soonest time that worked for both of our schedules.
The rep who came to my home was Colt ... he was awesome!!!     He went above and beyond and even helped me fix a couple other things!    He was personable, polite, very thorough and seemed to be great at his job.  He is a very nice young man.
He is an excellent representative of Joe Lay & Sons Plumbing.
I will specify Joe Lay & Sons for any and all future plumbing needs (through warranty company or independently)
I often hesitate to bring people into my house, that  I do not know.    I do not  feel that way about Joe Lay Plumbing.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber for plumbing needs.
They are prompt, caring, work to get you an appointment ASAP, dependable, thorough .... I can't say enough.
I am surely one who will complain when a company is not satisfactory, the work, the technician, etc  .... and I do.
But at the same time, when there is a company and service rep who are really good (in this case exceptional) I will  (and have) write, email or call them to compliment them and let them know just how good of a job was done, how the service rep was such a great representative of their company.. . . and that I will be a return customer!!
I have nothing but great things to say about Joe Lay & Sons -- and highly recommend them!!

"Fantastic--they were able to provide a same-day quote and get started in the same week.  Very professional; kept us updated re: progress and kept detailed records for the insurance claim.

"Eric just completed finishing my basement. He completed all the carpentry, electrical and plumbing work himself. He did an amazing job. In it he built a playroom (which can be later be used as a bedroom), half bath and a huge living area with a custom fireplace which is gorgeous. During the process Eric consulted with me each step of the way and gave me options to consider. He gave me his expert opinion to assist in making decisions. He was always considering methods to save money but not at the detriment of quality. Eric is also very particular in his work. For example he relocated a light switch after installation deciding I would not be happy. Of course in moving it he had to patch and repaint creating more work for himself but cared more about the best outcome. The basement exceeded my expectations."

"My girlfriend works for Angi and recommended I use the service. Mr. Rooter reached out quickly and did not disappoint. Their communication is top notch and the service was great. I highly recommend using Mr. Rooter for any plumbing needs."
