Asked for an explanation of what the service would cover, employees over the phone were friendly and helpful. Scheduled the service for that coming Friday...the best time estimate I could get was "in the morning" which was fine, as I would be home all day. The technician ended up arriving around 2pm, which while not quite "morning" was acceptable. Service call lasted about 25 minutes. Technician didn't mind me watching, explained everything that he did and went over the various components of our door and left a bottle of spray lubricant for our future use. Everything went quickly and smoothly...he even replaced the lightbulb in the opener while we was up on the ladder."
