I was confused with the deal and thought its for any faucet. The engineer clearly explained me the issue and provided me work estimate to replace the faucet for the Pool. 
The engineer performed the work. It took him some more time than anticipated. 
I had given a rating of B only because the other two services which I had purchased were not performed to my satisfaction. The technician performed the Water Heater flush but he did not perform any leakage detection for the plumbing.
The cost of the job was just right. 
The  provider is very good to work with. I feel that there is some tendency to reschedule the job when a deal is purchased through Angie's List. This is the second provider who rescheduled twice.

"The toilet Stan suggested was available locally. My husband and I bought and installed it the following Saturday. We found the old toilet had a big chunk of mineral deposit at the sewer end. Stan gave us excellent free advice. I can't recommend him highly enough.

"EDI renovated our house in Mill Valley around February. They remodeled our kitchen, opened some walls that helped improve the amount of light coming in to the kitchen and to have more open spaces. They built a bathroom and a restroom in our existing house, replaced two windows and replaced the floors. There was a bit more work around. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed.
