"It couldn't have gone better! I put in a quote request yesterday, and received a call within 20 minutes from Doug at A Action Appliance. He listened while I explained the problem with my washing machine, and put my mind at ease saying it probably wasn't anything too serious, and it would probably be worth it to get it fixed. We made an appointment for this morning (the next day) between 8:00 and 12:00. A little later I got an email to confirm the appointment, and another one so that I could track my service professional to see how many more customers he had to get to before he got to me. I didn't end up using that as he called at 8:00 and said he was on his way. When Paul showed up he was very courteous even offering to put on shoe coverings to enter. I showed him where the washing machine was and he went to work. He told me it was a bad lid switch and let me know the price to replace it. I agreed to the price. He was done within a 1/2 hour and asked me if there was anything else he could help with. I did have him price 2 other jobs, I decided against it today, but if I do decide to do the projects, I will definitely go with A Action Appliance. They do a great job, they are friendly and courteous and keep you informed every step of the way. Thank you."

He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt."

He reviewed various installation options with safety being a key component so the railing would be strongly anchored to the wall. He did not waste time and cleaned up thoroughly after. "I did use CORNERSTONE CONTRACTORS, I was very pleased and I actually hired them to replace my roof, and I was very pleased. They repaired a hole in the roof that was made by a squirrel, which I didn't know, my roof was leaking and he told me that was a squirrel. When they replaced the roofing they had to strip 2 layers of roofing and put on new sub roofing under it, so it was an extensive job and that was not the cheapest estimate I got but it was a lot cheaper than some of them. I just recommended them to my daughter and she had her roof done by them. I don't need another roof."

"It is whoever they contract with. I pay monthly almost $40.00 but it includes both repair and replacement. This is for all appliances. I have a lot of old appliances in my home. I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."
