"My "On Demand' hot water heater was malfunctioning and I needed to have it repaired immediately as I was flying out to Missouri on 2/27 due to a death in the family. Fellowship Plumbing answered the call and set aside/rearranged some service calls to come on the 26th. He came within the scheduled time, descaled the unit. after further inspection, it was determined that some filters within the unit were clogged w/ silt. They were cleaned and the system is up and running beautifully. The compassion given me under the circumstances was greatly appreciated. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"I was expecting a phone call to schedule installation. Instead, They just showed up with the water heater. I was not busy that day so I let them go ahead and install. Install was quick site was clean except for the removal of the old water heater. The plumber said that he doesn’t remove the old equipment, they have a guy that does it and he will contact me soon. After 4 days and many phone calls they finally got someone to remove heater. He was from a totally different company. When I complained about the wait he responded I just found out about it last night."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Woke up on a Tuesday morning, just happened to go downstairs to get some dog food. Squish, squish under my feet! Open the garage door, water everywhere with a hole in the side of my water heater, water pouring out! Turned off water, grabbed my phone and texted Richard at NE Renovations (this was before 7:30 in the morning). Got an immediate reply saying they could be there later that same morning, and told me what to do in the meantime. Jim (a wonderful plummer at NE Renovations), called around to find the water heater we needed, as it vents outside. By mid-afternoon, we were back up and running. Jim even helped clean up some of the water in the garage! I've written about these guys before and continue to have only great experiences. I only talked to them by phone that day and once again, trusted them to enter my home while the rest of us were at work. Pretty much no interruption to a busy day. I don't think that could have happened with another provider. These guys are top notch and really know their stuff. Couldn't recommend them more highly!"
