They replaced the damaged floor boards and had to make some adjustments to the door frame. Greg even made a special trip to Lowe's to get what he needed to finish the job. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
