"Out of all the quotes I received Stefaniak construction provided the best price as well as filling me with confidence that I had hired the right guys for the job. My house is 130 years old so to say there are quirks would be an understatement. When a problem was discovered I promptly received a call asking how I wanted to proceed and we discussed the options. "Paul and Brandon (father and son) from Dynamic Stucco worked on my ceiling which had humidity damage from the just installed jacuzzi. The tape in the ceiling, including nails that had been used were coming apart and the ceiling was threatening to fall down. Paul, assessed the situation and said he could do the job and I wouldn’t be able to tell where the work had been done. He also used screws to ensure the drywall was securely fastened so further damage would not be possible. Also, he mentioned my the area would be cleaned to spotless condition. He was right on all accounts. I highly recommend Paul and his son to fix anything “drywall”"

Uses a program called Co-Construct keeping him and us on the same page during the building. This program also tracks payment schedule. As changes, adds, or deletes occur it follows all the tweaks in written versus verbal format.

"The framework for the basement door was nicely made, but we found we would need to replace the doors and frame in one piece. Our contractor friend is going to do it for us because he gets a big discount."

"The work they did is still working. The system works but it seems like we have a leak in the front of the house. The front of the house actually has three continuous sections and there is one place where it kind of runs down the side of the house a little bit. The product itself, the incaps were painted to match the color of the choice of gutters but they peel back to white. When we called, they were right on time."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
