"I spoke with the office and they provided me an appointment within the same week. The gentleman that came out to give me an estimate was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions and concerns I had. The price of the project was very reasonable. It was so much more affordable than replacing my driveway. The crew was prompt, courteous and answered all the questions I had during the process. It was so amazing to watch! The process only took a few hours and I was able to park on my driveway as soon as they were done. I would highly recommend Poly Lift USA to my friends and neighbors!"

"My husband and I noticed water seeping into our downstairs through some tile grout and needless to say we were very concerned. So we found Stable Foundations Solutions on the web and read many great reviews about this company. All the reviews were 100% correct. Travis King came to our home on time and was extremely informative and professional. He gave us very good advice on what we could do to solve the problem without having to do enormous and expensive work to the foundation that would result in us having to retile our entire downstairs. He didn't charge us a penny to come to the house and was kind and helpful. If I ever did need to repair a foundation, this is the company I would hire!"

"I can’t say enough good things about this company. From my initial conversation with Mitchell a.k.a. Mitch and his wonderful service and thoroughness of coming out and looking at my property and giving me a quote And being very detailed in the explanation, making sure I understood the product they would be using the reasons behind it and the timeframe. I felt like he really cared and showed a sense of urgency for my situation. Having a hole open up under your sidewalk traveling under your porch and having a four-year-old is pretty urgent to me and Mitch showed that it was urgent to him also. Then the foreman Rey and his team that showed up while I was out of town for business and FaceTimed me and took pictures and kept me informed throughout the entire process. If I could give you 10 stars, I would. I would hope to never have to deal with a situation like this again, but I feel blessed to have come across this wonderful company and these amazing individuals that took care of me and my"

"They are so excellent. They took all of their equipment home with them at night. At 530 AM in the morning they bring a truck that unloads all of their equipment and you never hear them. My neighbor actually told me this because he goes to work at this time. They were so professional the whole time they were here. At one time we offered them refreshments and they respectfully declined. They told me that the company actually provides all the refreshments for them as well as lunches. If I called the office needing anything they handled it immediately. When they started the project they moved everything from the Lani while they were doing the work. They actually took pictures before they moved the furniture so they could put it back just as we had it. Everyone form the crew chief to every worker was great."

"Expert House Movers brought a crew of 6-8 & came in late August 2013 to start the process of raising & moving the house.  My husband had done all the prep work of disconnecting the utilities & removing the furnace, etc. They dug access ramps to the old foundation/basement with bobcats.  They poked good sized holes around the foundation so they could put in steel beams and jack up the house.  Our foundation was from 1917 & built from old creek gravel cement, so it was pretty tough.  It took three & half days to jack the house & move it over the driveway.  It seemed really fast to me.  The only thing to fall in the house was a picture off the piano.  We still had access to the house through a tall ladder to get clothes, etc. that we needed. <br /> We took over the process of arranging excavation, concrete pouring, and carpenters with more local contractors.  Expert does have concrete people & others they use in the St Louis area that know exactly the requirements needed for the new foundation. <br /> After the basement was poured & cured (curing takes about 3-4 weeks), Expert returned in October 2013 to move & set the house.  They had been in contact with the concrete man for specifications, but there were no slots for the beams when setting the house down.  A concrete worker had to come & cut those slots.  We had a carpenter on hand to finish the sill installment & make sure the sills for the permanent beams was correct & set the support posts in the basement.  We also had a friend's tractor help Expert's bobcat pull the house back over the foundation.  While all this was going on, Expert was jacking and moving supports & placing slider beams & raising & lowering the house.  The process was complete in about 2 1/2 days with care & precision.  Some of the cracks in our house even disappeared.  Great job guys. <br /> Our carpenters returned to build a staircase & some other requirements.  We are working on re-connecting utilities & returning the furnace, water heater, etc. to the new basement.  We plan to move back into the house in the first week or so in November 2013.  It's been a long process, but well worth it.  Made possible by Expert House Movers! <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Keystone Heights, FL

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
