"If I could give 0 stars I would. We hired Black Hills Concrete & Masonry for foundation work. The project was paid in full, but the work did not meet required measurements and the home could not be placed as intended. The site was left with uneven excavation, standing water, and debris, and the project was not completed. The contractor stopped work and did not return. We are now working with other professionals to correct and complete the foundation. Based on our experience, I would recommend carefully verifying scope, measurements, and accountability before hiring."

Hollywood Hardscapes is family owned and operated out of Rapid City, South Dakota. Asside from providing outstanding quality work, we strive to do so competitivly. We are able to do this by keeping our over head low. There are three full time employees and we sub-contract irrigation, hydro-seeding, and concrete curbing.

"Todd and his crew at Modern Concepts do amazing work! They were brought in (by Lowe's) to install our new windows, front double door with sidelights (a BIG door) and our garage entry door. To say the least, they did a phenomenal job! They always cleaned up after themselves, and they did excellent quality of work (maintenance free). We will have them do more home improvement projects as I know the job gets done right and I don't have to touch it again. Thank you, Todd and crew!"
