"We bought this 27 yr old home Oct 2019. We knew we would get duct cleaned eventually due to wife and son's allergy issues. So we researched on Angel List contractors. CM had a special going for the week (clean ALL intakes/vents/ducts and dryer duct @$220/unit) and it was best offer from others. Once ducts were cleaned, Jamar requested UV installment due to molding found in upstair ducts. He recommended UV on both (upstairs/downstairs) although molding wasn't visible downstairs but it made since that it could be since we felt as if ducts NEVER been clean by previous owners. We had NO INTENTIONS of paying for UV (which he offered $850 per unit if done today but $1300/unit if they have to come back). Since wife had been having issues with allergies, we decided to go forth with deal which felt like a lot $$ but was told the UV was commercial type not residential (which I had googled and notice price waaaay lower but was told that the type he uses could not be googled..??). Anyway, as for professionalism, they were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE which made me feel good about getting them to take care of cleaning. Although I felt price was ridiculously HIGH for UV, we feel that it will be worth it NOW and LATER. PS...was told all vents were vacuum but had to point out all was not and he did take care of them. Happy wife, Happy life!"

"Salesman did his homework and inspected all areas including entire attic. He listened to our needs and expectations. Explained in detail scope of work that needed to be done with detailed pricing for a/c, new duct work and electrical work. Also gave detailed information regarding procedures for rebates and timelines from GRU.
They spent one day removing the old duct work and equipment, the second day was spent installing the new duct work.
There was a one day delay in the completion because one worker was sick, however, the crew returned on the next day and completed the installation. This involved completing the connection of all the new duct work and return air lines and installing the compressor and completing the hookup and start up.
At the end of the installation we were given very thorough instruciton on the operation of the system. The project manager who supervised the project came by every day and checked on the progress of the installation. He also conveyed any concerns we had to the supervisor and everything was executed to our satisfaction. Crew was pleasant and cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the product.

"Faithful, Loyal, Honest Our AC went down on September 27th. We had a company evaluate the issue and they discovered we would need a completely new AC unit. We then called Air McCall to replace the unit at which time they came out on the 28th to make sure that the first company was right, which they were. The new president and his partner showed up to check out what would be needed. They were extremely thorough and made sure that we understood the next steps, the new technology and our options. The following day we got a call from the technician who showed up promptly at 8:30. Two technicians showed up. They were timely, professional, courteous, polite and hard working. They worked throughout the day until the job was done to their standards, which are very high. They cleaned up after themselves! The lead tech, Chris, went over the thermostat and the unit inside our garage to teach me how to use it and the maintenance that we would be responsible for. Right after they left, the Air McCall office called me to setup the city inspection and make sure that the job was done satisfactory. They also checked to see if I had any questions. It's not often that you find a company with high work ethic to this capacity. They do everything to the glory of God and it shows. Thank you Curt Cooper, Chris, Jason and all of those that helped to get our home from 90+ degrees down to a cool 72."

"The tech arrived between the hours stated. I was able to call him to find out a better idea of what time other than between 3-8pm. He wore a mask and shoe caps was very polite and helpful. He was unable to fix on the first visit because he did not have the part available but said he'd be back on Friday. I called him on Wed since I was off work to see if he'd be able to fit me in. I received a call back and he was able to do the actual repairs then. The dryer works again wonderfully. I did request from Choice if he'd be able to inspect my duct work and check out my fridge but Choice ever got back with me."

"On the routine service, it's usually done in less than an hour.  They always clean up.  I know when they do the annual service and they're checking out the system they're very complete.  They check both the air inlet inside and the air exchange system outside.  They go through the whole system.  They even check out the duct work."
