Very professional, very knowledgeable, very prompt, very patient, Did a awesome job installing the tankless water heater that I wanted installed. Read one of the reviews that said, "Need a plumber. "I had an issue with removing my clothes washer connections from the fixtures. I had to contact a plumber and I decided on Plumbing Innovators due to the excellent service I received from them in the past. Two technicians came (Parker and Matt L) and they removed the old washer lines, installed new ones, and tested things. They also were so kind as to provide me with water leak detector (for free) because they noticed that I had a VERY old water heater too (over 32 years old and still kicking). I was so surprised that I gave them both big hugs. They were so kind and delightful to talk to. I can't say enough about them. I hope I don't need them in the future but if I do I'll definitely call Plumbing Innovatgors."

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

The installation went extremely well.  Our Techs, Chad and Steven arrived promptly at 8 AM and immediately went to work.  And as a homemaker, I really appreciated the fact that they wore boot covers over their shoes to protect the carpeting.  Since this installation required going inside and outside many times, they also put down a protective plastic covering where they had to walk inside!  What else can you ask for!  They had the installation totally completed in the time frame we were told, approximately 5 hours, then took the time to explain the workings of the new thermostat,  There were both very polite and so cordial!  After they left, there was not one scrap of any debris and we are now enjoying our new A/C unit.  I also want to mention that Total Comfort did the original installation of all of our HVAC when we built our home almost 10 years ago, and we have kept a maintenance contract with them ever since.  When we had this problem, they were here immediately and had our unit installed in just a few days.  Total Comfort is an excellent company, with a wonderful group of employees, both in the field and office.  We will stay with them for all of our HVAC needs!

"Fantastic. Marco LaFuente-Aranibar diagnosed the problem immediately which was that the heat pump was frozen due to the snow and recent cold weather. He assisted in correcting the issue by resetting the sensor and then standing in the cold and poured hot water on the compressor to ensure that my heat was working before he left. The best thing is that Marco did all this with a smile on his face and he explained what he was doing the entire time. Great customer service."
