"I had called a different company to come Saturday night when my I was running the washing machine, causing the bathtub to fill with dirty water and the toilet to overflow and flood the bedroom. That company never showed, even though I checked in repeatedly and they assured me they would be by shortly. I called Rob & Sons, among some other companies, on Sunday morning. They quickly returned my call (the only company to do so) and their first move was to call the city to check their line in case that was the problem, which could be fixed at no charge to me. It turned out the city line was clear, and Rob & Sons quickly came out to my house to check my line. They were responsive, polite and very reasonably priced — even on a Sunday morning. They quickly resolved my pipe issue and even helped clean up the overflowed water in the house. I would recommend Rob & Sons to anyone with plumbing needs and will never use any other plumbing company as long as I live in the area."

"Richard Knapp (local Mr. Rooter) was right on time for the service call.  He assessed the situation and provided an esimate that was acceptable to me.  He did point out that the intallation cost would be less if he was not installing a customer-provided fixture.  Of course my warehouse club fixture was more inexpensive than the Mr. Rooter fixture.  The installation was competed during that service call and the job was very professional.  Even though he did not provide the fixture, he took the time to examine the product warranty and explain in clear terms the manufacturer's coverage.  He cleaned-up the work area after installation and did wear protective "booties" when working in the house.  I will definitely call him when future plumbing work is needed."

I called After 5 Plumbing at 11:00 pm, Wednesday 12/28/16, and Mr. Cook, the owner, answered the phone! He recognized my sense of urgency and took the time to answer all my questions, scheduled a team to come out on Thursday to assess the situation and determine what I needed. They returned on Friday afternoon and installed a new (up to code) water heater. All of this was done going into the New Year weekend! Great job, great company. Also, thank you Angie' s List!
