The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."

"Wes did a fantastic job! He was honest, kind and respectful. He refinished (the walls) and painted just about the entirety of my 1.5 bedroom condo in under 5 days time. The place looks brand new. Wes was always friendly and on-time. At the end of everyday, he walked me through his progress asking that I carefully review for any corrections I might want him to make the following day. He always went over exactly exactly what he would be doing that day, to be certain it was exactly what I wanted. "We met with Christian 2-3 times. She was not very responsive to email and it took forever for them to start the project. She NEVER showed up to see any part of the project, not even the finished project. A few month after completion you could see where the work was poorly done and when I reached out to her for help to get the contractors back she never responded and when I finally spoke with her she kindly told me to do it. Worst service, if I hadn’t place a non refundable deposit on our first meeting I would have never done business with them and I would never recommend them, not even to animals because they deserve better."
