"We had a terrible experience with another contractor who had left us high and dry and with a massive sanitation and safety hazard on our hands. Paul and his team were able to swiftly come in and address all problems as well as highlight design/layout choices made by the previous contractors that simply didn't make sense. They repaired items that had been damaged by the previous crew, swiftly got the remodel completed, and did so all while acting in a professional and courteous manner. The price was fair for the work and both Paul and his foreman checked in repeatedly over the next few weeks after completion of the remodel to ensure that everything was still in good condition, that we were still happy with the work, and to ensure there was nothing that we failed to think of or get addressed during the project. We would absolutely hire Paul and his crew for subsequent work in the future."

"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

We contacted several contractors, and D.Willis was among the first to arrive, and offered the widest scope of skills for the job, including handling permits -- one contractor who could do everything for the work. They brought in an excellent team of builders who worked efficiently together. As new damages were discovered during repairs, they were amenable to take on the additional work and renegotiate the contract as needed. "I hired Jed to help us take down a wall in our living room and redo the flooring. He was very professional and friendly the entire job. There were a few speed bumps (as there always are) and he was open and honest even when the news wasn't what I wanted to hear. He kept in constant contact with me to let me know how the job was progressing which I really appreciated. There were some unknown HVAC ducts hiding in the wall and some outlets in my laundry room weren't up to code stemming from when the house was built, so he saved us from a very possible house fire (which the home inspector never noticed when we purchased the house). Jed was able to get an HVAC crew out the next day to allow us to open the wall the way we truly wanted without having to wait another work or 2. He also redid our entire downstairs flooring and it turned out amazing. I highly recommend Jed and if I have any more house remodeling in the future, he will be my first call for sure."
