"Bob Mancino arrived right on time and went to work on the stopped toilet.  After a few minutes he got the clog removed.  He then checked the inside and realized the water level wasn't correct (probably a factor in the clog), fixed that as well as making adjustments to make a smoother flush.  He then checked my other 2 toilets and made the same adjustments on them.   <br /> Next he fixed my kitchen faucet and stopped the water leak that occured when the water was turned on.  On to the master bath and changed the "guts" of my faucet that had just recently started to drip. <br /> In just an hour Bob unclogged a toilet, fixed all 3 toilets, and 2 faucets!  He also made recommendations on one of the toilets that will probably need to be replaced in the near future. "The service was good but one of the things they did not do that they were required to do was file the proper environmental paperwork.  So I got a call from Hanover County asking me why they didn't file the paperwork for the work that was done.  I called the company and they never followed back up.  They totally dropped the ball on that.  The work appeared to be done well.  Once I brought the permit to there attention they just continued to work. "

They then replaced the bricks the next day.
