Short Pump Heating and Air has nursed my 19 year old HVAC units thorough the 3 summers since I bought the house. after doing my own research, I completely trust the owner to walk me through the new HVAC purchase process. "We had an emergency situation during a very hot week in June when the wires that connected the a/c to the thermostat were accidently cut.  The a/c company that I had a service contract with could not come for over a week, as well as a couple of other companies I contacted.  I called Scotty, and within a couple of days his guys were able to come out and reconnect the wires.  We also had them install an outlet for a dryer.  They were professional yet friendly and we very much appreciated the quickness of their response.
