"EXCELLENT craftsmanship. Super high quality work. Very communicative - never ghosted us or left us in the dark. Five stars on all of that!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars overall is the timeline. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks for our screened porch and it took a lot longer. There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."

Justin takes a lot of pride in his work and has helped us on several occasions, some more complicated than others, but his troubleshooting skills and knowledge is reassuring that he can take on any task. "Well, I had the sudden bright idea of trying to completely renovate my daughter's room for her birthday with less than two weeks before she came home from being out of town. I found Jules on Angie's List, and everyone was so happy with her work, I gave her a call. From the very beginning to the end, she worked tirelessly with her team (Rick Hutchison and his associate Kevin) to bring the vision I had to life with no time to spare. I really can't believe they were able to do this. The dedication and QUALITY of the work that was done was incredible. Jules went to every corner of town and beyond to find and acquire each individual piece for the room. In addition, the room was a blend of many different ideas and styles, so Jules had to think outside the box and go in many different directions with only enthusiasm and a smile on her face. She was incredibly thorough in keeping track of receipts and invoices (much moreso than I!) , and was very careful to try and find each item within the budget we had. For example, we were willing to pay more for a special allergy free bed than a decorative desk, and Jules was able to balance the costs so we had exactly what we wanted.
When work became a bit more involved due to a structural issue with our windows, Rick and Jules worked into the weekend to insure the project was completed in time for the surprise. My daughter was completely speechless when she saw her room, and tells me almost every day how much she loves it. Her friends love the whole feel and atmosphere (Which is kind of woodsy and starry with brown branch twinkle lights woven through the room but grown up enough with the stylized furniture. Jules helped me bring my thoughts of a starry sky into the room with a warm purple ceiling painted with an overlay of subtle glitter. It's gorgeous.) I literally have only amazement for the job that was done.

"I want to take a minute and express how highly I appreciate the work that was performed by AD Golden at my house . From the beginning the person in charge to show me the different types of materials was well prepare and knew all about the different kinds of counter tops and prices. Also, he walked me through the process of replacing my counters which is not that a difficult one when you have some on that explains right.The person they send out to do the measurements was right on point , when the material got to the house it all fit perfectly, that made it very easy for installation. I ended up upgrading from granite to quartz, it was a great experience and I am very happy with the final result. Thank you AD Golden"

"We have a mysterious smell in our great room and I was concerned that it was an electrical issue. Scott and Kurt came out, performed a number of tests, navigated the crawl (twice) looking for damaged wires and ultimately confirmed that the smell was not the result of anything electrical.  They went above and behind helping us brainstorm possible causes.
Both were very professional, courteous and neat, and helped put the room back together when we were done.
I'll be calling MI Electric for an upcoming bathroom remodel. Highly recommend.

"The owner was prompt in responding to my special deal purchase and it was quick and easy to schedule our appointment. He showed up promptly, was was professional, thorough, and friendly. The gutters that met the coupon’s criteria were cleared. We are hiring again to clean the gutters that were higher (3-story) and more running feet than specified, and also to do wood rot repair around our home’s exterior that he noticed. The coupon was a good value for the work performed, and the quote on the additional work to be performed also is fair. We would definitely recommend this company based on the work performed at this appointment."
