"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. ""Bundling" a review for 3 jobs from January 2016 through March 2017. After a neighbor recommended another plumber to address a few minor problems, we found McCoy and are glad we did. While our "recommended" plumber indicated our low pressure was due to issues with our water supply line (since our PRV was open all the way), McCoy correctly diagnosed the problem as just the opposite - the valve was fully CLOSED. Our McCoy tech adjusted our pressure to increase flow while minimizing pipe noise in conjunction with a swap of three builder Delta showerheads for new Speakman heads. Late last year, Josh installed a new condensate drain through a wall in a bonus room to our vent stack to accommodate permanent installation of a dehumidifier. Scott (the owner) provided the quote and was involved in the design, and the solution is working perfectly 6 months later. Keep in mind that you are paying for high-quality, well-trained plumbers, so a service call to clear slow drains may not be the best use of their time or your $! In retrospect, $155 to clear two slow drains was a job better suited to my own or a handyman's abilities and pay scale!"
