"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"My Pro was excellent. He was on time and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I asked questions and didn’t mind answering. He fixes the issue without any problem or hesitation. Job well done and yes if I need help again I would like to have him. Thank you Angi and thank the PRO."

"Timely and professional service. We're very satisfied."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"Repairs was done perfect and customer service was outstanding. Great price and fast response. Recommended business!"

"Repair in one day at very reasonable cost."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."
