"Rob, the owner of the company, provided a price quote in an extremely prompt manner. After we came to a mutual agreement, I appreciated the way he structured our contract to include progress payments based on the completion of various work phases and not on specific dates. He remodeled my kitchen by performing many tasks such as tearing out the old kitchen; installing new flooring, cabinets; LED can lights, a new garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave oven, and backsplash; building floating shelves; relocating a ceiling fan; and re-connecting all appliances. When challenges arose because of a faulty design by another firm, Rob was quick to provide thoughtful alternative methods to overcome the design flaws. He worked diligently throughout the process, rarely stopping to eat lunch. Finally, when the work was completed, Rob did a fantastic job of removing machine dust from the exterior of the cabinets, the backsplash, large appliances, and the flooring. The kitchen was so gleaming and beautiful that I didn’t want to use it for a few days. All discarded cabinet boxes and other debris were removed in an orderly manner. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Be Blessed Remodeling."

The reason I am writing another review is that I hired another company to finish patio. .my biggest mistake. LTB is always busy but I should wait for them. I would never give any project to anyone just to LTB construction and Yuri company. Not just they beat anyone price the most important is the work they do. And they are very proud of it. Perfect! "I purchased the garage door opener from Lowes and also took the installation from Lowes. Bill is the one who installed the garage door opener. Bill did an excellent job. After installation also when there is a noise in the door (not the opener), He fixed that , even he checked other garage door opener (that I installed), and gave me some useful tips. I Highly recommended Bill,  does excellent work. Very pleased. <br> <br>Builder installed cheap garage doors, so in future I will use Bill to install new insulated garage doors. <br> <br> <br> <br>"

"This project was completed with professionalism, speed and top quality workmanship. The old deck was removed in a single day and all the old decking completely removed from the property. Holes were dug on a Friday and the Gahanna building inspector was scheduled for the following Monday morning! The deck was completed on Thursday of the same week. John and Bill were excellent to work with. They were on time every day and they sought our input on a few decisions as they were building the deck. They left the work site clean and tidy at the end of each work day and when the holes were dug, they left them covered with plywood for safety. We had been told that our deck would be built sometime in July or August so we were pleasantly surprised when we got the call that the the guys would be coming the following week. Our deck was completed before the end of June, just in time for July 4th !! We would hire Deck Masters again in a minute to do another project for us. We would also request John and Bill, as they made the entire building process stress free and we got a great finished product. Thanks for such a pleasant deck building experience !"

"Job took about 3 days and along the way we had to deal with removing a small specimin tree that just didn't fit in the final layout and a big old stump that had been hidden in the ivy. Again, I worked with Mac while he was doing the project to make decisions on the fly and get just the outcome I was looking for. We ended up building the end of the wall just a bit bigger than planned, but I happened to have stones available from tearing out an old planting bed in the back yard and Mac was able to use them without needing to buy more stones. So I got rid of some excess stones and Mac did not charge me anything extra for the work to make the wall just right. <br /> Mac isn't always the best at giving a formal quote. He is more of a handshake kind of guy. I suggest working with him on a hand drawing and getting the bid written down so that both parties remember what was agreed to. He will wrte up a formal quote if you ask him to, though."
