"Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed. There is no warranty :( I had to switch to another company, when the same line which Budge It cleared began backing up 6 weeks later. I wanted to use a local company to support local. But RotoRooter is a franchise model. That's local enough for me. And they have a 6-month guarantee! On multiple days Budge It told me they'd call me back, and they did not. I'm sure they are frustrated with my calls. But there is poop in my house, and Budge It told me last month that I was good to go. The Budge it owner explained to me last week that I "get what [I] pay for" and since they are less expensive than RotoRooter, that's why there is no guarantee. But I paid Budge It drains $620 last month, and RotoRooter $360 today."

"They arrived early. That’s usually a good thing. But I had to go out quickly before they arrived. They didn’t call 30 minutes before arriving like they’d promised. So it was hectic off the bat. Not a big deal. But later, when it was determined that I needed some repair work on the system, they were difficult to reach. They took my number down wrong at first. But even after calling several additional times with my correct number, they still took several weeks to get back to me. I hired them because they market themselves as a full-service septic maintenance/repair/engineering company. I got the sense that they didn’t want to deal with me."

"When I spoke with them they gave me quote over the phone. They came and did the work. They billed me for much higher amount. I compliant to me they would not agreed with me. I was being hustled by the debt collector. They said they will charge me an hourly rate $135 dollars. The first time the plumber came here they said it would not take 1 hr to change the toilet. It took him 15-20 mins to change the toilet. I paid $270 for parts and removal of the toilet. They did not mentioned that I need to pay for those. I wanted them to talk with the debt collector."

"Mr. Moses and his assistant were exceptionally qualified, did professional work, were very courteous and efficient. Prices reasonable. They installed a complete new bathroom vanity and piping and exchanged and old toilet for a new one. Very pleased. "

"Don't ever use Wind River Environmental for your septic services again. They robbed me of money and took advantage of me. My septic system had drainage issues and I called Wind River Environmental in Marlborough, MA to come and review the problem. I had used Wind River every two years to come and do an assessment on my system so I called them to evaluate the drainage issue. They came and said that they could clean out the system to see if that would resolve the issue and that I would only know this after a few weeks. So I agreed to pay the $1,200 on this treatment. After they finished, one of the workers said to me that he did Title V inspections and if an inspection was to take place if I had needed one to sell the house, that the inspection would fail. I was told this AFTER the work was done. I said to the guy that he said we would wait a few weeks to see if the drainage issued cleared up and now he is telling me that the system would fail after the work was completed. Of course if he told me this before the cleaning, and being the expert that he claimed he was, he knew the system would fail after he dug up and looked at the distribution box, then I would not have agreed to a $1200 cleaning and review my next options. I was obviously taken advantage of. I called the office the day after and the manager said that he tells his workers to be honest with their customers about the problems they have with their system. I said that if he told me about the system fail before the cleaning, then I wouldn't have agreed to the cleaning-why would I? Of course weeks later the drainage issue was still there. I did have another septic service company come in to give me a second opinion and after digging up in the distribution area, they agreed that the system would be fail and that the Cleaning of the system should never have been done based on the failure. Just as I thought! Wind River just lost a customer for life and the next steps will be civil court."
