"Install went very smoothly and quickly. The crew was very polite and clean. The only very minor issue was they split the interior molding around the sliding door when removing the old door. They offered to have it replaced but we declined (easy fix). New siding matches very well with the existing 10 year old siding on the rest of the house. New door looks and works great! Very happy with the results. This project was the result of a mistake made on another project being performed at our house by a different contractor. Window World worked with the other contractor's insurance company very well and there were no hiccups in getting everything fixed. All the work was complete within one day! Thanks!

My continuous calls for window installation yielded, no apology or price break. Once installed payment notice immediately mailed with threat of collections because contract states payment at time of completion. No follow up on warranty, servicing etc of my crawl space encapsulation as promised to me at time of signing contract."
