"Shower was completed on time. Quality exceeded my expectation."

"The contractors were courteous. Communication was good. Tub and Shower were as expected. Walk in shower replaced a tub shower combination. Also include two grab bars. Project was done in a timely manner."

"Burl Scotts was pleasant and very professional. He definitely knows his stuff and explained everything completely. I feel confident in his honesty and look forward to collaborating on a new bathroom."

"They do not install steam showers"

"This was a wonderful remodeling experience. I needed to have my bathtub converted in to a shower enclosure ASAP, and didn't think I would be able to find someone who can get the job done quickly and be decently priced. JMC did a walk through and explained what he had to do, and he got to work. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, no surprises. My bathroom was done in a day and a half. The work was amazing, it looked like a brand new bathroom! I'm very pleased and would recommend his services."

"Did thorough check on system, inside and out. Yearly service."

"Premium home Builders was the contractor we went with to remodel our kitchen. We contacted 5 general contractors and got bids before deciding on going with Tony from Premium Home Builders. The project included demoing the existing countertops and cabinets in the kitchen, extending the existing hardwood flooring from the living room through the dining room and into the kitchen, relocating the water and drain lines for sink, adding a LPG line for the new cooktop, relocating electrical outlets, framing and drywall of soffit to extend an existing one, then the new cabinets were installed, countertops after that and all of the appliances installed. It was a total transformation as you can see in the before and after pictures. We are very happy with how this remodel turned out and all of the little extras Tony and his crew did to make us happy. Tony’s bid was one of five we got for the project, and his bid was the lowest. We were skeptical about going with the lowest bid but we did since Tony wasn’t using box store cabinets, but rather custom built cabinets (with all of the bells and whistles that are options for box store cabinets) for the unusual shape of our kitchen. Tony and team also came up with other ideas and suggestions that we really liked that the others bids didn’t have in them. Our house is a true octagon house. The kitchen is located in one of the 8 wedge shapes of the octagon and has a rectangular atrium on the outside wall. So it is a usual shape. Thank you Tony and the team from Premium Home Builders. We really love the finished project."

"First Choice Tile and Grout did an excellent job on our bathroom. Both the shower and floor look so great. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Adrian was professional and was very helpful on ideas to make it look great. I appreciate his hard work and all the employees were very nice."

"What I like the very most about this company is their price transparency. Everything is itemized out to the smallest detail making their quotes very easy to understand. Perhaps rivaling this, is their responsiveness to phone calls or texting. I can always get a hold of someone or get called back right away. Everyone in this company is super, super, SUPER polite and when any issues arise they are quick to offer great solutions to keep your projects on schedule. I am very happy with the quality of the vinyl flooring install and the hardwood floor refinishing that was done. I am particularly impressed with the floor lacquer that was recommended for the hardwood flooring. I have already had an estimate for my next job with them."
