"Everything was great except for the fact that Mohawk had some sort of issues with their computers which caused my shipment to be delayed 1 week. The inconvenience was that County Flooring Direct had already ripped out my existing floor. Yikes! CFD knew for about a week that Mohawk was having these issues and shipments were being held behind, but CFD didn't relay this info to me until the morning of my scheduled installation. I was a bit irritated to say the least; mainly because my home was hazardous and I have a pet whom if which I had to board due to this. CFD was very apologetic for not letting me know the issues, and kept in constant contact with me during the delay. CFD has not, however, reimbursed me for my time and frustrstion - I had to alter other remodeling due to this issue. Extremely a bad situation. I had to reschedule with other contractors and due to the booming housing market in Nashville, I have to wait approximately 7 - 10 days to begin the next phases. CFD are very nice people and the installers, Henry and Armando, were absolutely awesome! We'll see how the final pricing ends up. Update 7/30/17 Well I have not received the reimbursed compensation from that CFD agreed to, just yet. I actually had to call and remind CFD about the reimbursement. Also, CFD didn't supply the installers with enough room dividers so I have two dividers that do not match. I called CFD twice, leaving voice mails about this before I was able to reach them; and sent pictures. CFD said that "they will check on getting the correct matching dividers". I'm a little frustrated with this answer because I paid to have the correct flooring done. To this date there had been ono follow up to any of this. In fact, the project manager has not even come out to inspect the finished project. The installers were awesome though!"

"Work was done within time frame stated. Old carpet that had been there for years taken up and vinyl plank floor installed. All garbage removed. Area was clean when work was done. Had a small issue that I noticed with a threshold after installation was complete but it was fixed and I am very pleased with the way it turned out and the flooring looks great. "Installers played music very loudly while working and left garage door open to house while working.  
Floor looks ok from quick glance but when you look closely as in when cleaning you can find lots of defects in wood patches where nicks and chips were tried to cover up and in one spot even a staple is visible that was tried to cover with wood filler.  They also used LOTS of staples to hold the wood floor down which caused splintering of my subfloor.  It took me 2 hours to clean up
the mess it made in my basement below this room.  I would not call them again

"Jorge did a fantastic job. I had a problem with my shower leaking onto my ceiling in the garage from the master bath. I had 3 other contractors out, 2 could not fix problem and third was hard to pin down, could not even give me an estimate after a week. I finally found S&S Installers and they came out the same day, fixed the problem in 2 days! Cost was very reasonable and less invasive that others had indicated what it would take to repair.
