"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"very fast service with a knowledgable and professional technician"

"Prompt contact, great service, fantastic explanation and advice. Danny was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me. He troubleshot the dishwasher, and we decided it was a bad drain pump. He offered me a choice to either take the old pump apart and try to repair it (may or may not have worked) or to just replace it. I opted to replace. While he was there, he flushed out the lines, replaced my air gap, and even vacuumed the area under the dishwasher. Will definitely call ProServ again in the future and ask for Danny!

"They did a great job for us, got our Refrigerator up and running in no time at all! Definitely recommend them for heating and appliance repair!!"

"They did the bare minimum work - left leaves under the bushes and along the sidewalk and driveway. I needed the yard cleaned up. I moved to another city and we need to sell the house. I wouldn't use this service again.

"Plumbing never came and washer was never repaired. The replacement for washer is BS. The money they offer for replacing the washer is not enough to even buy an open box or a 75% sale."
