"They came out for some warranty work.  We had the same guy all the time and he was so pleasant; matter of fact, we talked about his wife and kids and we were supposed to go with them to 4th of July last year but we didn't make it.  We had him out for our refrigerator, and when he got the parts in - perfect job.  He even fixed something that I hadn't noticed.  He went out of his way; very nice people.  There was no charge for the most recent service because it was under warranty.  For overall experience I give them an A, even the people in the office that I called and talked to and they called me to verify that he had done the work and they called to tell me that he was gonna be on time or he was running a little bit late, they always kept in touch with me, just really super nice people.  They get A straight across the board - everything. "

"I contacted Arizona Garage Doors n More and spoke to Mike to set up an appointment. We set up the appointment for earlier the next day but Mike then got delayed on another job. Rather than reschedule to different day, Mike came out late that afternoon and worked until way after dark. The grumpy main door was making some terrible screeching noises and after much time and effort Mike was able to fix it without incurring the cost of new parts. "Their service is always great. Punctuality depends on what contractor is contracted for the job. They respond to me very quickly. If I put in a request they are very responsive but if they call somebody to come like the plumber sometimes they don't come when they are supposed to. Regardless of the cost of the repair you pay the contractor $100. At least that's the plan that I have."
