"The popcorn ceiling had been sealed with something extremely hard and nonporous by a previous owner and was very difficult to remove. It had to be removed with a large specialized razor. As a result there was more damage than usual to the sheet rock ceiling. The crew cleaned up and followed the mitigation procedures required by the state for safety. The owner was very professional and clear about what to expect prior to initiating the procedure and was the only company who gave a bid who was realistic about the difficulty of the project. His bid was competitive despite the challenges. They were always punctual and courteous and good with communication. I would definitely recommend this company for mitigation of asbestos."

My entry project was simply to give a cost estimate for testing and removal of an old carpet pad that looked like it might contain asbestos. He arrived when he said he would, and took care of my project promptly and efficiently. Very friendly, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Also worked very efficiently and with respect. I liked his service so much I immediately expanded my project to include a few other things I was considering, by asking him to evaluate/test for other possible asbestos in attic insulation and popcorn ceiling., and he easily accommodated them.
