"Aces Four installed a sewer cleanout and hydrojetted my sewer line to clean what was diagnosed as "soft blockage". They did this for half the cost of another bid, and also ran a sewer scope. I was very pleased with this work. However, the sewer scope revealed another issue further down the line causing slow draining. Because of water in the line they were not able to make a definitive diagnosis, and the blockage was too far to reach with a snake. Still, they recommended digging out the line at about $8,000. Later I found another plumber willing to attach two snakes together to clear that blockage. After that was cleared, sewer scope revealed cracks/holes that can be sealed without digging out the line for under $4,000. On one hand I really appreciate the job they did for me, and I can understand that they could not make a proper diagnosis with the water in the line. But they did not offer alternative solutions, so I had to call someone else to figure out the issue. Still, I would call them in the future, and in fact just recently did that."

I felt the price was reasonable and pretty close to the price I thought it would cost. The job was done at the agreed upon estimate quote price, no additional cost after the fact. I was able to schedule the job next day. The Plumber was on time and only took him 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. Work was very well done and very happy with result. Cost - $1,339.00 + Tax."

"Right before Thanksgiving we detected a leak from our upstairs toilet between our floors; and our dishwasher died. I contacted AWP through their web site; the response and scheduling were prompt. Vlad showed up on time, listened, understood the issue, explained what he was going to do then carefully fixed it. Later that day, the Home Depot crew came in to install our new dishwasher and could not complete the job. Vlad was back later that day - on a Friday - and took charge. "Finding Victor with Uniq Interiors to oversee our whole house renovation felt like a bit of divine intervention. He quickly responded to an email inquiry I made after finding his website. Once I met with him to walk through the house and explained my wish list, I looked no further. Thankfully, my gut was right! Neither my husband nor myself are handy, and we have never done more than change a paint color and some landscaping in any of the previous six homes we’ve shared. I can paint, and he can install small pieces of hardware. However, this house we had just purchased needed to transform from a slightly beat up and somewhat unloved house with tons of potential into our retirement, forever family home. We needed someone to rearrange walls, completely rework the kitchen, add a shower, update three bathrooms and a laundry room, and completely replace every square foot of flooring in the house, along with new window trim and baseboards and light fixtures. We also needed specialized painting of cabinets and stair rails, and a complete exterior repaint. To accomplish all that, Victor and his wonderful team tackled each task with such attention to detail and the kind of love and care you would only expect if you were doing the work yourself. Over the course of four months, it was my pleasure to work alongside Victor, several of his family members, and a variety of contractors who were so delightful, I truly wish they were my neighbors. I personally met each subcontractor he brought into the house and felt the same each time: impressed – impressed by their respect for our home, their professionalism and their genuinely kind personalities. However, Victor communicated with us consistently about the schedule and worked with us to rearrange priorities so that we could have a fully functioning bathroom and guest room in time for my son’s school year to begin. His whole team was very respectful about our schedule in the house, and they took extra care to keep the job site tidy at the end of each day. I had several neighbors comment throughout the project what a respectful and hardworking crew they witnessed when I wasn’t there. Once the project was complete, we missed their cheerful banter and kind smiles, but months later, we still walk about our home with grateful hearts, seeing all the hard work and true craftsmanship in every room that exceeded our wildest expectations. We can’t wait to get back on the schedule for phase II of our renovations to finish the exterior patio and additional carpentry work that we delayed finishing last year. If you have to wait longer than you’d like to have Victor and his team complete your project, I would wholeheartedly advise you to wait. You simply will not find anyone else whom you can trust to complete your projects with such heart, professionalism and integrity."

"Sound Pumbing did an A+ job. What I initially thought was only a small water leak led to discovery of a broken sump pump which led to discovery of incorrect piping from the pump to the yard. Donald Button was great! Friendly, professional and worked hard replacing pipe outside in a crazy rainstorm, cheerfully even. He fixed all 3 of my problems and everything is running smoothly now. "I've found plumber love! This company beat all other bids on price and availability. They did exactly what we wanted without any unneeded modifications or "enhancements" to run up the bill and apparently rearranged their schedule to arrive first thing this morning (we called them around 9pm last night); some of the other plumbers we contacted either didn't want to come out at all because they were too busy or put us off for nearly a week. The work was clean, neat, quick, and professional.
