"I highly recommend Steve and his crew at Crest Mark. Steve is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He also explains things in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. He also communicates well, letting you know of arrival times, anticipated costs, updates and project completion. Of the estimates I received, his was in the middle, but I did not have to worry about it being too low, and lots of "extras" being added in to the final price, or so high that I would have attempted to do it myself and caused further damage or injured myself. I requested a quote to rehang/repair siding on the second floor of the house after high winds knocked it down. Steve came out, inspected the siding (to see if it needed replaced or could be re-used; and fortunately it could) and checked other areas around the house that are typically damaged by high winds. He also explained how the process would work if more extensive and/or expensive repairs were needed and we wanted to file with our homeowners insurance. After accepting his estimate, we planned for later in the week, or possibly the next (depending on his other jobs, but also heavily depending on weather) to complete the work. We were very fortunate and caught a break with mild temperatures and no precipitation, with him calling me the next day to let me know that if someone would be there to bring the siding outside, we could get it done that day. Steve and his crew came out immediately and completed the job, using the existing siding, and fastening it more securely than it had been previously fastened. When the time arrives that we need more repairs or choose to replace/upgrade, I will definitely give Crest Mark a call."

He educated me about what to look for in windows as well as what set Home Improvement apart from other vendors. The in-home visit was followed by a trip to their showroom to see the full size window. Installation day was excellent. They arrived on time, started work promptly and completed the installation of three windows in a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and my pets. Their clean up was spot on both inside and outside. Owner Matt was on-site and available for most of the job. Follow up after the installation was excellent. "We would highly recommend Waters Custom Exteriors for roofing, siding, and guttering as they are top notch Professionals!!! From the initial phone call to get an estimate on a new roof, Travis was very helpful. After arriving at our house to look at the roof and give us a replacement estimate Travis said we should contact our insurance company and have an adjuster come to the property to see the shingles, siding, and guttering that had been damaged from a previous hail storm. We scheduled with the adjuster and Travis came out on the arranged day and went on the roof with the adjuster and pointed out the damage that he had seen. Waters Custom Exteriors is definitely the company everyone needs when working with an insurance company. They knew exactly what was needed to move the claim forward and from that point forward until completion of the job Waters Custom Exteriors handled everything with the insurance company. The crew that Waters had performing the work on the roof was eager to get started and arrived early on the scheduled day with a dump trailer to haul away the debris from the tear-off and they quickly got underway. All of the materials needed to complete the roof were being delivered mid-morning as the final removal of the old shingles was wrapping up. There were a few underlayment boards that were bad that got replaced before they started putting down the new roof. By later in the evening, the shingles had been all put down and the new roof looked amazing. The new shingles were the architectural type and a welcomed upgrade to the standard three tab shingle that was previously on the house. When finished, the crew walked the property and picked up any debris from the project and rolled a magnet through the yard numerous times to insure all nails on the ground were picked up and when the job was completed, it was almost as if they had never been there. After the roof job, the siding went just as smoothly with a different crew sent out by Waters Custom Exteriors. Just as before, they showed up early on the scheduled day and got straight to work. The tear-off went quickly and any repairs to the underlying structure were completed before beginning the residing. All necessary materials needed to finish the job were delivered the night before and neatly stacked out of the way in the drive. The siding job obviously took longer than the roof, and each day the crew was on-site they were busy and polite, although there was little interaction with them as they were dedicated to staying on task. They were very meticulous and took pride in the work they were performing and it shows in the finished product. Each day the old siding and debris removed from the house was loaded onto a truck and hauled away leaving nothing unsightly in the yard. Once all of the siding was complete and the site cleaned up, there was a period of time before the fascia and guttering could be installed. This was at no fault of Waters. The color we had chosen was out of stock and would not be available for a couple of weeks. Waters gave us the option to pick another color or wait it out. We waited. When the material arrived at the house, it was again neatly stacked out of the way in the drive and Waters Custom Exteriors came out and installed it promptly. The house looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Waters saved us a huge amount of money by being there for us and working with the insurance to cover the damage from the hail storm. We would not hesitate to use Waters Custom Exteriors for any future projects at our house and would highly recommend that you use them as well."

Atlantic Siding began when they said. The job was very extensive and labor intensive as there was a considerable amount of replacement wood involved. They were very professional and always available for questions we had. They let us know about major problems and how they would be handled and whether we approved or not.

"Working with Legacy and the owner Mark Spencer was great. Mark explained the project in advance and it went as described without any major issues. We called Legacy in early January and signed the order January 10.. They just finished the last door and we are very pleased. This is a company a homeowner can trust. We believe the quality of the installation was very good. Each day the debris was removed and the yard cleaned up. That was important to us. We also felt Legacy went the extra mile and provided us with the details we needed and in some cases, didn't know we wanted or needed. Example, our back service door is somewhat hidden by a row of bushes. Mark recommended for security we place an outswing door there. No one can kick in an outswing door. We feel more secure. Mark was great to work with. There was never any sales pressure to buy. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but Mark's input was very helpful. It took a little while but we got the look we wanted. We had wood windows and didn't want those again, but we were concerned that vinyl might not be appropriate. Legacy has their own window and we used that . The look is the best I've seen in a vinyl window and the triple pane glass has made our home very quiet inside. The sun doesn't blind us in the evening in our family room either. Big relief there. Our house is brick lower level and cedar second story. We didn't want vinyl siding and ended up going with Hardie siding. The new color really makes our home stand out and the look is excellent. Fresh, crisp, no more wood rot! We love it. Legacy also replaced 3 doors. Two service doors and a new front door. We went with Legacy's Provia Amish door line. This is a stained fiberglass door and it looks like real wood. Legacy threw in a multipoint locking system for the doors, looks great, very secure. We also had our old wood deck taken down and hauled away. We ended up with a new design that works better with my back yard. Legacy's carpenters were also great to work with. Each morning we would get a call telling us their ETA. We ended up having their whole company here at one time or another. Window and door installers were very clean. The finish, the details were all done well. The crew that did the siding and the paint people were also professional and courteous. Everybody took their shoes off when they came in. That was nice. We are very happy with the job. We recommend anyone considering a project to give Legacy a call. Good people."
