"Overall, went very well. Contractor met with me to carefully insure that he understood what I needed, and to also insure that I knew what materials and services would be provided. Workers arrived on-time, and were courteous. Work was performed in a professional manner, and results looked very good. (My only complaint was that, during the removal of the old tub, plaster dust was kicked up and not contained in the bathroom, resulting in a layer of plaster dust covering all surfaces of the house.) I am very satisfied with my new bathroom!"

"This was by far my best experience with contractors. I was looking for past 7 years to remodel my bathrooms and never liked or trusted any of the contractors I interviewed.Many would mislead you that they do tile work and then they try to sell you acrylic wall’s for shower and scare you not to do tiles because you will have mold or leaks. I also wanted to install rain shower faucet system and non of the contractors would do it. They force you to buy particular brand of faucets and you have no choice to design your bathroom the way you want. Very annoying..My first interview with Santos was a surprise! He didn’t have a problem with any of my requests and he showed me a lot of of his work. I hired him right away. His crew worked every day from 8-5or 6pm snd finished 1 bathrom and one powder room within 12 days. Every day they would cover all floors clean up after the end of day. They don’t cut corners, they pay attention to detail s and take pride in the work they do. Very rare to see nowadays. The work they did is outstanding! My bathrooms are gorgeous and I can’t wait to do my master bath next year. I won’t recommend Santos and his crew for any remodeling because they are really skilled."

"Don is a consumate professional with an eye for detail and he insists on everything being done correctly. His crew is equally committed to doing the job right and very puctual. During the project, if Don identifies previous workmanship that was not up to snuff, he brings it to your attention and recommends the best possible remedy. He envisions ways to improve on design and brings great ideas to the table. Don has already renovated a kitchen and bathroom in our previous house, and a bathroom in our new (old) house. He is already scheduled to do the kitchen and another en suite bathroom/closet in our current house. We highly recommend Don and his crew. We're sure you would be equally thrilled with his work."
