"Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."

Hi my name is Luis Vega operator of The HandyCoolGuy LLC and the owner of my company is my lord an saviorJesus. Im a honest and respectful person, and I'm here to give you the best service needed to make your home or business looking great. Im the handyman you can count on for all your needs.

"The job went well in the beginning while I was paying them in increments ,but the job started to get sloppy. The cabinet installers left a lot of wood clippings inside the cabinets from their drilling. It took my sister a day to clean the cabinets out which they were supposed to clean up behind themselves. The quality of the cabinets aren’t the best.I’m having problems with one of the cabinet drawers not closing properly. They also left trash at my house daily, and I had to constantly tell them to remove it.The cabinet guys installed an island cover over the base of the island that I paid $1900 for which was poor quality. The island cover is crooked, and it has gaps at the top of it with dried caulk all over the base of it.Flavio left caulk between the hardwood planks, and he promised to return to clean it up,but he never returned. The hardwood floor planks in the hallway sinks in and shift when you walk on the floor because the flooring guys didn’t put enough glue underneath the planks. Also,I had a leak underneath the kitchen sink and when I called flavio to come repair it,he promised that he would send the plumber to fix it.I had to constantly call and text him then flavio and Jess blocked my calls.I had to get my sister to call flavio and jess from her phone number that they didn’t recognize to get them to respond which is a shame. When I was paying them in increments, they were really responsive and willing to please. However, after I paid them in full, they treated me like I didn’t matter anymore.Flavio told me the work came with a year warranty, but he didn’t want to fix any of the sloppy workmanship."

"I thought it went ok at the time, and it did as far as the completed job went, but I find out now (03/24/15) that they used polybutylene pipe to connect the faucet.  Because of insurance issues I'm now having to have it replaced at a cost of around $1000.  I'm told that plumbers have not used this material for a good while, and I don't understand why it was used here.  I'm disappointed that a "deal" I bought turned out this way.  I contacted the provider who said they no longer do plumbing.  My research shows that the poly was discontinued in 1995 after a class action suit."

"George came promptly and professionally assessed our situation. He tested for drain issues, provided guidance to maintain, and helped us avoid large fees with highly professional consultation. I will hire him for more work and recommend this company."

"It went great! Chris was very prompt at returning my request for more information and even followed back up with me a week later to see if I had any other questions. The technician showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful. They installed the entire system in approx. 2 hours and went over all operation instructions and what to expect with the new softener. This experience was one of the best I've received in a long time! Great company, great people and great service!"

"I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work."

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"Andre came over within an hour or so after we spoke. He worked efficiently. I would use him again when I need a plumber. Great service at a reasonable price."

"The service person was a pleasure to work with. He did the required work of what I requested - removed the semi-large bathroom mirror, including 4 large black glue hand-size dots which the mirror held with. He removed a the bath vanity/sink.  He installed a corner sink and replace with new pipes to.The result was clean, polish and functional sink. He left the area clean, once work was completed. The best was he saw 3 inches off a sewing table legs saving me years of back and neck strain. Thank you JGB Renovations.
